Jali Wali Fried Chicken by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 8 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Egg 3 beaten
Method:
- Boil chicken with 2 cups water.
- Also put ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, coriander powder and vinegar and cook until chicken tender and water dries.
- Now cool chicken and press chicken pieces on bread crumbs.
- Then dip in beaten eggs and deep fry until light golden.
