Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 8 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Egg 3 beaten

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with 2 cups water.
  2. Also put ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, coriander powder and vinegar and cook until chicken tender and water dries.
  3. Now cool chicken and press chicken pieces on bread crumbs.
  4. Then dip in beaten eggs and deep fry until light golden.
