Lauki Ka Halwa by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd grated 1-1/2 kg
- Ghee 1 cup
- Green cardamom 1 tsp
- Khoya 250 gm
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Yellow color 2 tbsp
- Almonds and pistachios as required
Method:
- Heat ghee and fry grated bottle gourd for 10 minutes.
- Now add sugar with yellow color and cook more for 5 minutes.
- Then add khoya and green cardamom, cook for 10 minutes and remove from stove.
- Then put almonds and pistachios slices.
