Ingredients:

  • Bottle gourd grated 1-1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Yellow color 2 tbsp
  • Almonds and pistachios as required

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and fry grated bottle gourd for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add sugar with yellow color and cook more for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add khoya and green cardamom, cook for 10 minutes and remove from stove.
  4. Then put almonds and pistachios slices.
