Guar Ki Sabzi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Guar ki phali 1/2 kg
- Tomato 1
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- White cumin whole 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 1
Method:
- Heat oil, fry crushed garlic and white cumin with chopped onion and onion is soft.
- Now add chopped tomato, chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and fry it nicely.
- Then put guar ki phali and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup water, cover it and cook until guar is cooked.
- Then put tamarind pulp and sugar, cook for 5 minutes and serve with bajray ki roti.
