Kerry Do Piazza by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion 1/2 kg
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Kerry cubes 1
- All spice 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil mutton until it is approx ready.
- Then keep it aside.
- Now heat oil, fry onion slice until it is approx cooked. Don't to brown.
- Then take out half onion, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder and turmeric in half onion and fry it nicely.
- Then put boiled meat with 1-1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until meat is approx cooked.
- Now add kerry, half onion and all spice and keep on simmer.
- Then put green chilies and green coriander.
