Lemon Herbed Grilled Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon slices 1 lemon
For Lemon Herb Sauce:
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate fish fillet with lemon juice, garlic crushed, parsley, salt, paprika and chili powder.
- Now fry in 1/4 cup oil in pan and take out.
- For lemon herb sauce: Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry garlic crushed.
- Then add chicken stock, lemon juice, parsley chopped, mixed herbs, salt, black pepper and cream and cook until it boils.
- Then thick with corn flour.
- Now put fish on platter, put lemon herb sauce and serve.
