Lemon Herbed Grilled Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish fillet 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon slices 1 lemon

For Lemon Herb Sauce:

  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate fish fillet with lemon juice, garlic crushed, parsley, salt, paprika and chili powder.
  2. Now fry in 1/4 cup oil in pan and take out.
  3. For lemon herb sauce: Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry garlic crushed.
  4. Then add chicken stock, lemon juice, parsley chopped, mixed herbs, salt, black pepper and cream and cook until it boils.
  5. Then thick with corn flour.
  6. Now put fish on platter, put lemon herb sauce and serve.
