Ingredients:
- Gram lentil 250 gm
- Tinday 1/2 kg
- Tomato paste 1-1/2 kg
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut tinday into 2 pieces, heat oil, put in it, fry it and take it out.
- Now put tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- Then add tinday and gram lentil in roasted masalay and cook for 20 minutes.
- When tinday tender, put water, tamarind paste, green chilies and green coriander, cook for 5 minutes and close stove.
