Paneer Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Cottage cheese cubes 2 packet
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat 1/2 cup oil in karahi pan, put chicken, chopped ginger, garlic paste and salt and dry water.
  2. Now put chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies and crushed black pepper and roast it lightly.
  3. Then put tomato paste and garlic chili sauce and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Then fry cottage cheese in separate pan and put on top.
  5. Then put chopped ginger and serve hot.
