Paneer Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Cottage cheese cubes 2 packet
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Garlic chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat 1/2 cup oil in karahi pan, put chicken, chopped ginger, garlic paste and salt and dry water.
- Now put chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies and crushed black pepper and roast it lightly.
- Then put tomato paste and garlic chili sauce and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then fry cottage cheese in separate pan and put on top.
- Then put chopped ginger and serve hot.
