Ingredients:
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Green chilies 2
- Egg 1/2
- Fried onions 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
For Chicken:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Papaya 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Shashlik sticks as required
For Sauce:
- Capsicum 1
- Tomatoes 1
- Onion 1
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Butter 50 gm
- Salt to taste
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Method:
- For seekh kabab: Put beef mince, fried onions, green chilies, ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder and egg, grind it and put on seekh.
- Now roast on grill pan with little oil.
- For chicken boti: Marinate chicken boti with chili sauce, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, salt and papaya for 30 minutes.
- Now put shashlik sticks and roast on grill pan with oil.
- For sauce: Heat sizzling platter nicely.
- Now put tamarind paste, tomato ketchup, salt and green chili paste in one bowl and mix it.
- Then keep capsicum, onion and tomato on sizzling platter.
- Put butter, keep kabab and botiyan, put sauce and serve.
