Ingredients:

For Meat Balls:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1/2 beaten
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1 cup

For Shashlik Sauce:

  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For meat balls: Mix salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, egg, corn flour and bread slice in mince.
  2. Now chop it nicely and make balls.
  3. Then put on wooden skewers with onion cubes and capsicum cubes.
  4. Then pan fry it.
  5. Then brush with ketchup.
  6. For shashlik sauce: Heat oil and fry garlic paste.
  7. Now put tomato puree, 1 tbsp oil, chili powder, salt and vinegar.
  8. Then put on shashlik and serve.
