Ingredients:
For Meat Balls:
- Mince 250 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1/2 beaten
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Bread slice 1
- Water 1/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1 cup
For Shashlik Sauce:
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
- For meat balls: Mix salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, egg, corn flour and bread slice in mince.
- Now chop it nicely and make balls.
- Then put on wooden skewers with onion cubes and capsicum cubes.
- Then pan fry it.
- Then brush with ketchup.
- For shashlik sauce: Heat oil and fry garlic paste.
- Now put tomato puree, 1 tbsp oil, chili powder, salt and vinegar.
- Then put on shashlik and serve.
