Chicken Ala Kiev by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup

For Herbed Batter:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For herbed batter: Mix all ingredients with butter and keep in freeze so that it becomes hard.
  2. Now give shape of hole long shape.
  3. Then marinate chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic.
  4. Now fill herbed batter in it and close it nicely.
  5. Then dip in flour.
  6. Then dip in eggs and bread crumbs.
  7. Repeat this steps 3 times.
  8. Now keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  9. Then deep fry on low flame.
  10. In end, serve with mashed potatoes.
