Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Egg 1-2
- Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
For Herbed Batter:
- Butter 4 oz
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
- For herbed batter: Mix all ingredients with butter and keep in freeze so that it becomes hard.
- Now give shape of hole long shape.
- Then marinate chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic.
- Now fill herbed batter in it and close it nicely.
- Then dip in flour.
- Then dip in eggs and bread crumbs.
- Repeat this steps 3 times.
- Now keep in fridge for 2 hours.
- Then deep fry on low flame.
- In end, serve with mashed potatoes.
