Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
Spiced For Dum:
- Chopped ginger 50 gm
- Green chilies 50 gm
- Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste and cumin.
- When fragrance comes, add mutton and roast on high flame.
- Then put tomatoes, red chili, salt and turmeric and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.
- When meat tender, put all spices of dum and cover it for 10 minutes.
