Chicken Corn Pulao by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Brown onion 3 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Sweet corn 1 tin
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Rice 750 gm
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, cumin crushed, brown onion, salt, all spice, chili powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Now heat oil, put chicken with all masalay, cover it and cook for 20 minutes so that oil comes up.
- Then add soaked rice with 2 cup water, cover it and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Now cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Then put sweet corn, mix it and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with raita.
