Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Lemons 4
- Onion paste 2
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in karahi pan and fry onion paste until light pink.
- Now put chicken, ginger paste and salt, dry chicken water and roast it.
- Then add crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, tomato puree, lemon juice and roasted & crushed cumin, roast it lightly and keep on simmer.
- Pepper chicken masala is ready.
