Swiss Meringue Butter Cream by Sumera

Ingredients:
- Egg whites 5 large
- Sugar 1 cup + 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Butter 453 gm
- Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
- Melted chocolate 200 gm
Method:
- Mix egg whites, 1 cup sugar and salt on light boiled water in heat proof bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Mixture should be smooth completely.
- Combine bowl with mixture, mix it and stir it.
- Now increase speed slowly slowly.
- Keep mixture on medium speed and put1 tbsp butter.
- When put all butter, add vanilla essence and mix for 10 seconds.
- Now mix it nicely for 1-2 minutes.
- Bubbles should be not made.
- Swiss meringue butter cream is ready.
- If you put chocolate, it will become chocolate swiss meringue butter cream.
