Swiss Meringue Butter Cream by Sumera

Ingredients:

  • Egg whites 5 large
  • Sugar 1 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Butter 453 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
  • Melted chocolate 200 gm

Method:

  1. Mix egg whites, 1 cup sugar and salt on light boiled water in heat proof bowl until sugar dissolves.
  2. Mixture should be smooth completely.
  3. Combine bowl with mixture, mix it and stir it.
  4. Now increase speed slowly slowly.
  5. Keep mixture on medium speed and put1 tbsp butter.
  6. When put all butter, add vanilla essence and mix for 10 seconds.
  7. Now mix it nicely for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Bubbles should be not made.
  9. Swiss meringue butter cream is ready.
  10. If you put chocolate, it will become chocolate swiss meringue butter cream.
