Chocolate Caramel Trifle by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin

For Caramel:

  • Beaten cream 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put sugar powder, oil, vanilla essence, flour, milk, coco powder and baking powder in bowl and beat it nicely.
  2. Now put in oven proof dish, bake for 5 minutes in microwave oven, take it out and cut into small small pieces.
  3. For caramel: Put 1 cup cream, sugar and coco powder in pan, cook it and make caramel thick.
  4. Now put cake pieces in one dish, put fruit cocktail juice.
  5. Then put beaten cream.
  6. Put fruit cocktail.
  7. Now put cream, then caramel and serve.
