Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast 2
  • Suri rice noodles 1 packet
  • Chopped cabbage 2 cups
  • Long chopped carrot 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Long chopped onion 1
  • Chopped spring onion 2
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

For Sizzling:

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Suri red chili garlic 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Deep fry rice noodles and spread on platter.
  2. Now heat oil and fry chicken boneless.
  3. Together put long chopped onion.
  4. Now put all ingredients of sizzling, chopped cabbage, long chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and chopped spring onion and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Then add 1/2 cup water.
  6. Wait for boil.
  7. Put corn flour and thick it.
  8. Then put fried noodles and serve it.
