Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Coconut milk powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix black pepper, coconut milk powder, ginger garlic, salt, coriander leaves & green chilies chutney and raw papaya and marinate mutton with it for 30 minutes.
- Now put oil and ghee in frying pan and heat it.
- Then add mutton and 1 cup water, cover it and cook until it becomes ready.
- Now fry it nicely so that oil comes up.
