Black Pepper Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Coconut milk powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix black pepper, coconut milk powder, ginger garlic, salt, coriander leaves & green chilies chutney and raw papaya and marinate mutton with it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put oil and ghee in frying pan and heat it.
  3. Then add mutton and 1 cup water, cover it and cook until it becomes ready.
  4. Now fry it nicely so that oil comes up.
