Mughali Roast by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Cashew nuts 8
- Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Fries 1 cup
- Boiled eggs 2
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cashew nuts, dessicated coconut, brown onion, yogurt, salt and all spice for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil, put marinated chicken and cook on low flame until chicken tender and gravy remains.
- Then add saffron and kewra.
- Then serve with boiled eggs and fries.
