Ingredients:
- Big green chilies 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion paste 2
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, fry big green chilies and take out.
- Now put onion paste and fry until light pink.
- Then put turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
- Then put fried chillies, white cumin powder, poppy seeds powder and crushed black pepper and roast it.
- Then put salt, butter and cream and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Dum mirch makhni is ready.
