Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled black lentil 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Capsicum 250 gm
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 10
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, all spice, salt, turmeric and red chili flakes and roast it.
  3. Then put 1 glass water, cover it and cook it.
  4. When mince tender, put boiled black lentil, rice and green chilies and cook it.
  5. When it simmer, put mint leaves and capsicum and close stove after 20 minutes.
