Keema Daal Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Boiled black lentil 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Capsicum 250 gm
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Onions 2
- Green chilies 10
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spices 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, all spice, salt, turmeric and red chili flakes and roast it.
- Then put 1 glass water, cover it and cook it.
- When mince tender, put boiled black lentil, rice and green chilies and cook it.
- When it simmer, put mint leaves and capsicum and close stove after 20 minutes.
