Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Almond powder 1 tbsp
- Pistachio powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Shashlik sticks as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, almond powder, pistachio powder, saffron, green chili paste, lemon juice, black pepper, cream, all spice powder, cheddar cheese, oil, salt and ginger garlic paste and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now put in shashlik sticks and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes and serve with chili garlic sauce.
