Cherry Chili Chicken by Sumera And Rabia

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cubes 500 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying as required
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Chili garlic 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato cubes 1
  • Tin cherries 12-15

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken cubes with salt, red chili sauce, egg, all purpose flour, corn flour, soya sauce, sugar and black pepper.
  2. Now deep fry it like pakoray.
  3. Then heat 1/4 cup oil in karahi pan and fry garlic crushed.
  4. Now add ketchup, chili garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper, oyster sauce, vinegar, tomato cubes and tin cherries.
  5. Then add fried chicken cubes and serve with fried rice.
