Plain Kabab Biryani by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mince 300 gm
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Egg 1/2
- Oil as required
For Biryani:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Potatoes 2
- Stock 1 cup
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Mix all spice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Biryani essence few drops
- Yellow food color as required
- Butter 50 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put mince, onion, green chilies, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and cumin on chopped and grind it.
- Now make kabab of it, mix egg and fry in oil.
- Heat butter and oil and put mix all spice and ginger garlic paste.
- When fragrance comes, put kabab and stock.
- Then add potatoes, rice and salt.
- Then put biryani essence and yellow food color and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then add mint leaves, give simmer for 10 minutes and serve it.
