Ingredients:
- Sugar 1 kg
- Water 3 cups
- Keri peeled and grated 1 kg
- Dried dates 15
- Almonds 3 tbsp
- Raisins 3 tbsp
- Melon seeds 1 tbsp
- Onion seeds 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix sugar and water and cook syrup for 10 minutes.
- Then add remaining ingredients and cook until chutney is thick.
- Then take it out, cool it and fill in sterilize bottles.
