Sweet N Sour Keri Chutney by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Keri 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ginger 2 inch
- Orange color
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Critic acid 1/2 tsp
- Round red chilies 4-6
Method:
- Peel keri and cut in cubes.
- Now bowl 1 cup water for 5 minutes.
- Then put sugar, ginger, orange color, salt and crushed red pepper and cook until syrup is thick.
- Then add round red chilies and take out.
- Now cool it and fill in sterilize jar.
