Ingredients:
- Lightly boiled potatoes 5
- Chicken fillet 1/2 kg
- Lightly fried peanuts 2 tbsp
- Fresh red chilies 8
- Green chilies 8
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Finely ground black pepper 1 tsp
- Lemons 2
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mash boiled potatoes, cut like chips and soak in salt water.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan, fry chips until golden brown and take out.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in second karahi pan and put chicken fillet. Now stir fry fresh red chilies, green chilies and lightly fried peanuts.
- Then add fried potatoes, white vinegar, yellow food color, salt, finely ground black pepper and lemon juice and roast it lightly.
- In end, put finely chopped green coriander and serve hot.
