Soya Daal by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Green gram lentil 1 cup
- Chopped soya 3 bunches
- Green chilies 6
- Red chilies 6
- Salt to taste
- Chopped garlic 4 cloves
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash green gram lentil with lukewarm water and soak it.
- Mix green chilies and red chilies and crush it.
- Now take out lentil, boil in lukewarm water and stir with wooden spoon.
- When lentil tender, put crushed red chilies & green chilies, turmeric and salt and mash it.
- Then add 1 cup lukewarm water and chopped soya. When lentil and soya becomes one, put 2 tbsp butter.
- When serve, heat lentil.
- Put oil and 1 tbsp butter and fry chopped garlic cloves until golden brown.
- Take out lentil in bowl, put bhagar and serve.
