Ingredients:

  • Green gram lentil 1 cup
  • Chopped soya 3 bunches
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chilies 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash green gram lentil with lukewarm water and soak it.
  2. Mix green chilies and red chilies and crush it.
  3. Now take out lentil, boil in lukewarm water and stir with wooden spoon.
  4. When lentil tender, put crushed red chilies & green chilies, turmeric and salt and mash it.
  5. Then add 1 cup lukewarm water and chopped soya. When lentil and soya becomes one, put 2 tbsp butter.
  6. When serve, heat lentil.
  7. Put oil and 1 tbsp butter and fry chopped garlic cloves until golden brown.
  8. Take out lentil in bowl, put bhagar and serve.
