Cinnamon Roll Cookies by Sumera And Rabia

Ingredients:
- Butter unsalted 1-1/4 cup
- Cream cheese 113 gm
- Vanilla extract 3 tsp
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Sugar granulated 1 cup
- All purpose flour 3-3/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon 1-1/2 tbsp
- Whole milk 3 tbsp
- Sugar powder 1 cup
Method:
- Mix 2 tbsp vanilla extract with yeast. Put butter, cream cheese, vanilla with yeast and 1 cup sugar slowly slowly in electric mixer and mix for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Now decrease speed of mixer. Then add sugar. Now put all purpose flour slowly slowly. Then take out dough in tray and cool on fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Then put brown sugar and cinnamon in one bowl and mix it.
- Now cut dough into 2 parts and keep half dough in fridge.
- Now spread 1 wax paper and roll dough in 7x18 inch rectangular size.
- Its thickness will be 1/4 inch.
- Now sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on dough.
- Then divide into 2 parts, so that it roll easily.
- Then roll dough from one sides carefully.
- Now cut dough in 1/3 to 1/2 inch slice and keep on cookie sheet in line.
- Do these steps for second roll.
- Now bake it for 9-12 minutes.
- Then cool it completely and sprinkle sugar powder.
- Then mix milk and vanilla extract in some bowl.
- In end, dip upper part of each cookies in milk mixture and dry it.
