Ingredients:

  • Digestive biscuits crushed 2-1/2 cup
  • Butter melted 4 oz

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Mango balls for decoration
  • Whipped cream for decoration

Method:

  1. Mix digestive biscuits crushed and butter melted, press nicely in cheese pan cake and keep in fridge.
  2. Now beat cream cheese and condensed milk nicely.
  3. Now dissolve gelatin in water and add in mixture.
  4. Now spread this mixture on cake base and cool until it sets.
  5. Now take out cake from tin and spread mango jelly.
  6. Now decorate with mango balls and whipped cream.
