Mini Mango Cheese Cake by Sumera And Rabia

Ingredients:
- Digestive biscuits crushed 2-1/2 cup
- Butter melted 4 oz
For Filling:
- Cream cheese 200 gm
- Condensed milk 1/2 cup
- Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup
- Gelatin 1-1/2 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Mango jelly 1 packet
- Mango balls for decoration
- Whipped cream for decoration
Method:
- Mix digestive biscuits crushed and butter melted, press nicely in cheese pan cake and keep in fridge.
- Now beat cream cheese and condensed milk nicely.
- Now dissolve gelatin in water and add in mixture.
- Now spread this mixture on cake base and cool until it sets.
- Now take out cake from tin and spread mango jelly.
- Now decorate with mango balls and whipped cream.
