Saucy Chicken Breast by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 6
- Flour 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Pureed tomatoes 1 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Mince garlic 1 clove
- Hot pepper sauce 1/8 tsp
Method:
- Combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt and ground black pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with flour mixture.
- Melt butter in pan and brown chicken on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In same pan, combine tomatoes, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season it with salt, chili powder, mustard, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and return chicken to pan.
- Cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juice run clean.
