Quick Brownies by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate 6 oz
- Butter 6 oz
- Flour 2/3 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 3
- Salt a pinch
Method:
- Melt chocolate with butter in bowl set on pan of simmering water, stirring often.
- Let cool and then mix in flour, sugar, eggs and salt, beating well after each ingredient.
- Butter and flour 9 inch cake pan and pour in butter.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
- Do not over bake, edges of cake should be cooked through, center should still be bit soft.
- Let cool.
