Quick Brownies by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate 6 oz
  • Butter 6 oz
  • Flour 2/3 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Salt a pinch

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate with butter in bowl set on pan of simmering water, stirring often.
  2. Let cool and then mix in flour, sugar, eggs and salt, beating well after each ingredient.
  3. Butter and flour 9 inch cake pan and pour in butter.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
  5. Do not over bake, edges of cake should be cooked through, center should still be bit soft.
  6. Let cool.
