Ingredients:
- Long green bottle gourd 1 kg
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Cardamom 8
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Khoya 250 gm
- Chopped pistachio 15
- Chopped almonds 15
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 bowl
- Condensed milk 1 tin
Method:
- Grind cardamom with sugar.
- Now peel bottle gourd, grate it and dry in its own water.
- Then put sugar and cardamom in fresh milk and cook it.
- When sugar dissolves, put boiled bottle gourd in chalni and drain more water by pressing it.
- Then add in milk.
- When all ingredients becomes one, dissolve corn flour in some cold milk and add in it.
- When kheer becomes thick, remove it, cool it, put in mud bowl and add khoya and condensed milk.
- Then decorate with chopped almonds and chopped pistachio. Put grated coconut if you want.
- Lauki ki kheer is ready.
