Seekh Kabab Pasta by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Seekh kabab 3-4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomato sliced 3-4
  • Garlic chopped 5-6 cloves
  • Capsicum sliced 1-2
  • Green chili sliced 3-4
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Thyme 1/3 tsp
  • Oregano 1/3 tsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Pasta:

  • Pasta 1/2 packet
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For pasta: Put paste and oil in lukewarm water and boil it for 10 minutes. Then take it out and put in cold water. When paste is cool, take it out, keep on plate and put oil.
  2. For sauce: Put olive oil in pan, put chopped onion and fry it.
  3. Then add sliced tomatoes, chopped garlic cloves, salt and thyme and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add tomato paste, mix it and cook until sauce is thick.
  5. When sauce is becoming thick, add oregano and remove it.
  6. Now put pasta in serving platter and seekh kabab.
  7. In end put sauce and serve hot.
