Ingredients:
- Beet root 1/2 kg
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Chopped garlic 8 cloves
- Whole red chilies 8
- Salt to taste
- Dry mango pieces 6
- Green chilies 4-6
- Olive oil 1 bowl
Method:
- Peel beet root, cut into finely, also cut leaves and mix it. Then wash it nicely, put garlic cloves, whole red chilies and salt and boiled without water.
- When water dries, mash beet root.
- Now heat olive oil in karahi pan, golden brown chopped garlic cloves and add boiled beet root.
- Then put dry mango pieces and roast it nicely.
- It is ready.
