Khara Masala Karahi Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • All spice (whole) 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 10-12
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger slice 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 4
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil mutton with 2 cup water, ginger garlic paste and all spice and boil it with mutton tender Then take it out and keep it aside.
  2. Put curry leaves, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, white cumin, fenugreek seeds, crushed red chilies, chopped black pepper and salt in bowl and mix it.
  3. Then add ginger slice and chopped garlic.
  4. Now heat oil in pot and put mixed mixture of bowl. Then add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Now put chopped green chili and chopped tomato and fry it nicely. Then put boiled meat, cover it and cook until oil comes up.
  6. In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
