Khara Masala Karahi Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- All spice (whole) 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 10-12
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger slice 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped green chili 4
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped tomato 2
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil mutton with 2 cup water, ginger garlic paste and all spice and boil it with mutton tender Then take it out and keep it aside.
- Put curry leaves, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, white cumin, fenugreek seeds, crushed red chilies, chopped black pepper and salt in bowl and mix it.
- Then add ginger slice and chopped garlic.
- Now heat oil in pot and put mixed mixture of bowl. Then add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now put chopped green chili and chopped tomato and fry it nicely. Then put boiled meat, cover it and cook until oil comes up.
- In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
