Korma Masala by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion ground & brown 1
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Korma masala as required
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste and onion.
- Then add chicken and roast it.
- Now beat yogurt and add in it.
- Also add korma masala and salt, mic it and cook it.
- Now add water as required and cook until chicken tender.
- When korma is ready, garnish with green coriander and serve.
