Clotted Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Thick cream 1 cup
- Sour cream 1/3 cup
- Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Whip thick cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in sour cream and icing sugar until just combined.
- Store in refrigerator.
