Shinwari Karahi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 20 pieces
- Oil 1-1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Karahi gosht masala 3 tbsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Sliced ginger 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chicken pieces on high flame.
- Now take out chicken pieces. Also take out oil.
- Then add tomato and ginger garlic paste in chicken, cover it and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Now remove cover and peel tomatoes. Then add in fried chicken with karahi gosht masala, cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- In end, put sliced ginger, green chilies and green coriander.
