Kharay Masalay Ka Keema by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Slice onion 250 gm
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 10
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mixed all spice whole 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2

Method:

  1. Put onion slice, ginger, crushed garlic, whole red chilies, mince, salt, mixed all spice whole, white cumin seeds and oil in pan, cover it and cook until it is approx cooked.
  2. Then add yogurt, cover it again and leave it and until it is ready and oil comes up.
  3. In end, put all spice, green coriander leaves and green chilies.
