Fried Bread Dahi Waras by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Bread slices 8
- Whipped yogurt 750 gm
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
For Bhagar:
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 4-6
- Crushed garlic 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander for garnish
Method:
- Cut bread slices in round shape with cookie cutter. Now deep fry it and soak in water for 10 minutes.
- Now press it, drain its water and keep in platter.
- Then beat yogurt with milk. Also put salt, garlic paste and white cumin seeds.
- Now put mixture in bread slice. Sprinkle chaat masala on each bread circle.
- Then put crushed red chilies.
- Then put oil, whole red chilies, crushed garlic and cumin seeds.
- In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
