Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Water 3 cups
- Bake Parlor macaroni 1 packet
Method:
- Boil macaroni in salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4th.
- Now drain hot water with chalni, pass cold water, put 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in frying pan, put chopped onion and chopped garlic and fry until brown.
- Then put chicken boneless and fry for 2 minutes. Now add maida and fry more for 2 minutes.
- Then put bake parlor masala sachet and fry more for 1 minute.
- Now add ginger chopped and 3 cup water and cook until boil.
- Then cover it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Then remove it from stove, add macaroni, mix it nicely and serve hot.
