Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Bake Parlor macaroni 1 packet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4th.
  2. Now drain hot water with chalni, pass cold water, put 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan, put chopped onion and chopped garlic and fry until brown.
  4. Then put chicken boneless and fry for 2 minutes. Now add maida and fry more for 2 minutes.
  5. Then put bake parlor masala sachet and fry more for 1 minute.
  6. Now add ginger chopped and 3 cup water and cook until boil.
  7. Then cover it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
  8. Then remove it from stove, add macaroni, mix it nicely and serve hot.
