Ghaowla by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
For Filling:
- Chopped almonds and pistachios 1 cup
- Crushed coconut 1/2 cup
- Crushed cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Balai 2 tbsp
Method:
- For filling: Mix all ingredients and keep it aside.
- For ghaowla: Put all ingredients in one bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside for 45 minutes.
- Now take out batter with ladle, put in non stick frying pan and spread it nicely.
- Then put 1 tbsp oil or ghee on edges, turn it, cook it on second side and take out.
- Now fill it with filling, roll it and serve.
