Ingredients:
- Gram lentil 1 cup
- Chopped onions 3
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped red chilies 8
- Dry mango pieces 8
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, golden brown chopped onions, take out and spread it.
- Now wash gram lentil nicely and boil it.
- Remember it, lentil tender.
- Then drain its water and spread it in one tray.
- Then add turmeric, salt, onion seeds, fennel seeds, chopped red chilies, chopped green chilies, dry mango pieces and chopped green coriander.
- Then put oil, add half golden onion and ginger garlic paste, roast it lightly and put masala lentil.
- Then roast it little, add half onion, keep on simmer for 5-10 minutes and serve fry chanay ki daal with hot hot chapati.
