Chicken Broast by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (with skin) 500 grams
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar as required
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs 2-3

For Broast Masala:

  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Chicken powder 4 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 4 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garlic Sauce:

  • Cream 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves 6-8
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Chicken cubes 1
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For broast masala: Strain all purpose flour, rice flour and corn flour.
  2. Now put chicken powder, white pepper, garlic powder, Chinese salt and salt in blender and blend thick.
  3. Now put in box and mix it nicely. Broast masala is ready.
  4. For garlic sauce: Boil garlic cloves.
  5. Now put all ingredients in jug, mix it nicely and make thick paste.
  6. For broast: Put vinegar, salt, red chili powder and Chinese salt in one bowl and mix.
  7. Now put chicken and marinate it. Now put broast masala in box, close it and shake well. Beat eggs.
  8. Put chicken in box and shake it well so that chicken is perfectly coated with mixture.
  9. Then dip chicken in eggs, put again in box and shake it.
  10. Repeat this procedure again.
  11. Fry chicken in cover pot on both sides on medium flame until golden.
  12. Make sure while frying pot should be covered and flame should be medium.
  13. Dish out chicken roast and serve with sauce.
