Ingredients:
For Chapati:
- Flour 500 grams
- Salt to taste
For Chicken:
- Chicken (Breast) 300 grams
- Eggs 2 – 3
- Broast masala as required
- Garlic sauce as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Vegetables as required
Method:
- For chapati: Add salt in flour, knead with water, make portions and roll thin thin chapati.
- For chicken: Cut chicken into slices. Flat chicken with kitchen hammer and spread it.
- Then put in mixing bowl.
- Also add broast masala, mix it, coat with eggs and fry it.
- For making rolls: Keep vegetables, garlic sauce and chicken on chapati, roll it and serve it.
