Ingredients:

For Chapati:

  • Flour 500 grams
  • Salt to taste

For Chicken:

  • Chicken (Breast) 300 grams
  • Eggs 2 – 3
  • Broast masala as required
  • Garlic sauce as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetables as required

Method:

  1. For chapati: Add salt in flour, knead with water, make portions and roll thin thin chapati.
  2. For chicken: Cut chicken into slices. Flat chicken with kitchen hammer and spread it.
  3. Then put in mixing bowl.
  4. Also add broast masala, mix it, coat with eggs and fry it.
  5. For making rolls: Keep vegetables, garlic sauce and chicken on chapati, roll it and serve it.
