Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1 kg
  • Mince meat 250 gm
  • Green food color 1 pinch
  • Red food color 1 pinch
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Green chutney 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 2 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Tomatoes as required

Method:

  1. Mix boiled rice, crushed red chilies, salt and crushed black pepper.
  2. Now divide into portions.
  3. Mix green food color in one portion, tomato ketchup & red food color in second portion and boiled mince and yellow food color in third portions separately.
  4. Then spread butter on oven proof dish and make layer of yellow rice.
  5. Then make layer of green rice.
  6. Then make layer of red rice and press with hands nicely.
  7. Then bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  8. 5 layered rice is ready.
