Spicy Fried Fish by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Lemon juice of 1 lemon
- Salt 1 tsp
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Semolina 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Green chillies chopped or ground 3-4
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Water or less as required ¼ cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt and lemon juice and keep aside.
- Mix gram flour with semolina, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, green chillies chopped or ground, egg and coriander leaves chopped.
- Add little water gradually.
- Heat oil. Coat fish with paste and fry till golden and crispy.
