Ingredients:

  • Raw mango 2
  • Cloves 4
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 4-6 cups
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil or Ghee 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put oil in pot, heat it lightly and put cloves in it.
  2. When fragrance comes, add raw mango, fry it lightly and take out.
  3. Then put flour, roast it lightly and remove from stove.
  4. Then put water and stir it slowly slowly.
  5. Now add raw mango and sugar and cook again on low flame.
  6. When sugar dissolves, serve it hot.
