Ingredients:
- Raw mango 2
- Cloves 4
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 4-6 cups
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Oil or Ghee 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put oil in pot, heat it lightly and put cloves in it.
- When fragrance comes, add raw mango, fry it lightly and take out.
- Then put flour, roast it lightly and remove from stove.
- Then put water and stir it slowly slowly.
- Now add raw mango and sugar and cook again on low flame.
- When sugar dissolves, serve it hot.
