Keri Ka Do Piyaza by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Chopped onions 6
- Chopped raw mango 2-3
- Green chilies 4
- Red chilies 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves few
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, fry chopped onions until light pink and take it out.
- Then put mutton, salt and ginger garlic paste and dry water.
- When water dries, add red chilies and turmeric and roast it lightly.
- Then put onion, curry leaves, chopped raw mangoes and green chilies and cover it.
- When water of onion dries, roast it lightly and put green coriander.
- Serve it with hot plain rice.
