Ingredients:

For Wonton Wrappers:

  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 3
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 300 grams
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Olive oil 1–2 tbsp
  • Green onion 2 sticks
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For wonton strips: Put all purpose flour in mixing bowl.
  2. Then put eggs and salt and knead hard dough.
  3. Now roll roti, cut the square of card board and cut rolled roti in square with help of card board.
  4. Sprinkle flour on top and cut stripes and make layers.
  5. For filling: Cut chicken in small pieces.
  6. Put chicken, ginger garlic paste, Chinese salt, soya sauce, crushed black pepper, salt and spring onion in chopper and make thick paste.
  7. Beat eggs.
  8. Fill stripes with paste, brush edges of strips with eggs, close wontons in different style and steam it.
  9. Now heat oil lightly in pan, fry wontons lightly, dish out wontons and serve it.
